At Palm Noosa, we want you to love your pieces for seasons to come. If your order isn't quite right, we offer returns for store credit or exchange on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all designer tags and hygiene seals still attached.

• 3.
  Ship to Palm Noosa

  Print your generated shipping label and drop your parcel at any authorized postage location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Processing and Credit

  Once our boutique team receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
